Daniel Santiago
Daniel Santiago graduated with honor from Montclair State University receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. His passion for justice led him to obtain a juris doctorate from New York Law School in 2005. Upon graduation he worked in the private sector for a Law firm in Hudson County for the next seven years. With his vast experience in Personal Injury Law gained from his involvement with one of New Jersey’s most prestigious and well know Personal Injury Law Firms, Mr. Santiago has litigated hundreds of lawsuits in most every single county in the state of New Jersey and before most every State Court Judge in the Metropolitan area.
In 2012 Daniel reopened his father’s law firm and specializes in personal injury, criminal defense law, workman’s compensation, real estate law, and family law. He oversees the law firm’s team of investigators, which is designed to provide instant analysis of each case, so that a maximum recovery can be obtained for each client.
Emilio Santiago
Long before Emilio was busy winning big cases in private practice he went to The City university of New York to study political science. This led Emilio to pursue a Juris doctorate at Temple University Law School in Philadelphia. He soon started working day in and day out as a Civil Litigation Trial Attorney for District Counsel 37. For over a decade he fought for a better future for men and women who make the City of New York one of the best in the world.
Emilio’s desire to help other people moved him to give back to the community in the form of teaching. He taught at Passaic Community College teaching commercial law from 2003-2004. Most importantly, he has always specialized in educating clients in knowing their rights as individuals. He has always felt that no matter who you are being well-informed is the best defense.
Emilio Santiago has been practicing law for over 30 years and specializes in Immigration law, trust and estate, real estate law, and personal injury. Although he is semi-retired he still remains on at the firm as ‘Of Counsel’
Emilio is fluent in English and Spanish. When he is not at the office he enjoys playing the piano in his band, ‘Hermanos internacional’.
Linda
Linda received an A.A.S. in Legal Assistant Studies in 2003. She has been a paralegal for over 10 years and has worked in various areas of law, including personal injury, litigation and estate planning. Linda is not only proficient in Spanish but she spent two years doing volunteer work in panama. When Linda isn’t working hard in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Flor
When you visit our office, our secretary Flor will warmly greet you and help you with anything you need. Flor has over 30 years experience as a legal secretary within the New York and New Jersey areas. Flor is fluent in English and Spanish.
Lillian
Lillian is a top paralegal for Law Offices of Daniel Santiago. Lillian has over 35 years’ experience in the legal field working for some well-known firms in New Jersey.She is an expert in many areas of law including Corporate Law, litigation and real estate.
Lillian enjoys spending her free time volunteering in the community and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelly
Kelly joined the firm in 2012 as our Office Administrator. She uses her managerial expertise to bring organization and energy to to our office. Kelly also handles the firms public relations and marketing needs. In her spare time she dedicates time to the community doing volunteer work and is a self-taught photographer.
